Part of the charges against Eric were libel and defarmation, well if a settlement was reached, why would he start engaging in samething he was being sued for (libel and defarmation). If Eric is so stupid and naive ( as some people on this board had portrayed him), how could he have built his companies into a multimillion dollar venture?
I took out my position on Wednesday as soon as I digested the posting on his website. I just don't think a guy that just reached a settlement with a plaintiff would embark on same practice that landed him in court! One would expect that 'if", I mean "if" a settlement was reached, part of the settlement agreement would include:
Don't say anything bad about our company. Well, this Eric guy obviously posted many unpleasant things about ADSV on his site on Wednesday.
