You used Agri-Plas data to support your erroneous assertion (repeated in several posts) that Agilyx had little interest and funding until this recent $22 million investment.
I am not conceding P2O start date and was pointing out the inception of JBI as a filed business. There is still no proof provided vis-a-vis Agilyx that would be an agreeable point to start the "time clock"
I have never denied the Agri-Plas to Agilyx connection; rather, have tried to make the distinction crystal clear between the company and its client given the client's data has been used as if it were synonymous with the company on more than one occasion.

A good start would be the results of the WM audit that seems to be inferred as some kind of collaboration along JV lines. We already know they have chosen to help fund Agilyx...
