Based on what I read on Pacer this a.m., Intregen sent a C&D letter to Go800, citing their patent 6,694,007. Go800 has gone to the courts to ask for declaratory judgment; namely that Go800 did not infringe on Intregen's patent rights.

looks like them sueing us, problem I see though, they HAVE a patent, and we are just pending.... Could be wrong though..
