They didn't sell anything until 2009 and that was two tankers of fuel from their test site at Agri-Plas, no word on what has happened since then, I can't find a thing. Since Agilyx started in 2004 that would be five years to sell fuel.
If JBI closes the LOI in the next few weeks it would have taken them two years.
