Do it when it is cheap to buy lol It is kind expensive at a higher PPS lol It is easy to dump for a small lost if it is a dilution compare to a higher PPS lol This should not be done abover .002 LOL or you will be cleaning up some worthless shares when the company land the cargo ship on your wallet lol
