I know the owner very well and you are why why why off base and coming very close to slander on the false and extremely misleading information you are posting.

BTW Mr. Goldberg what is your thought on the recent Promotions to sell stock here? I see since the latest RS the stock has fallen over 95%.. That must hurt the old time investors here?

Moshe: as a purported attorney, you should know the difference between a fact and an unfounded, undocumented assertion. I have set forth excerpts from various state filings, as well as pointed to sources where the various Fischer scams can be easily verified. You, who claim to have personal knowledge, have provided nothing except your own claims. The FACT is that all of the Fischer company PR's, including the fictitious Marcie Corbin and her alleged work experience and education, are referenced only in other Fischer company PR's.....there is no other independent source of that information. Prove me wrong.

Sorry Moshe...FAIL again. If you read my post 2277, you would see that it is directly copied from the WA Sec. of State filing, which show THE BROOKLYN GROUP (not BAG) as INCORPORATED (not registered) in the state of Washington, with Bruce Fischer's side-kick from Texas, Cohen, as registered agent. There is no money changing hands in any of these transactions, except whatever amounts are going into Bruce's pocket, and it can't be very much, if those collection and eviction actions in WA mean anything.

Pay attention! If you have any actual, verifiable facts, then state them.
