Nah, the JBII process can accept the same feedstock as Agilyx so JBII has the edge on everything, regardless of restrictions based on local rules.

The Company has experienced negative cash flows from operations since inception, has a working capital of $555,783 and has an accumulated deficit of $16,286,238 at December 31, 2010.

These factors raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue to operate in the normal course of business.

Agilyx began working on their plastic to oil process in 2004, didn't sell any fuel until March 2009 (5 years), and didn't get any real investment interest until this year. JBI's table top processor, made to just test the process, was made two years ago this month, doesn't seem like Agilyx was all that fast in getting off on their operational races by comparison. If we are doing a fair comparison JBI have three years to make a first fuel sale, don't think it will be anywhere near that long and we'll probably know in the next few weeks (I hope).
