Deeds do not transfer overnight. When people buy property it usually takes a few months for everything to go through.

My DD shows this to not be true. My DD shows this to be a very real and exceptional opportunity to increase an investors profits through pps increase due to valuation of EFLN increasing due to new majority shareholder EAFN. I wont provide links either since now this is just a conversation not based on facts. IMO.
