Well, maybe the confusion is with regard to the "Form 10" term.
There are a number of Form 10's, and they are all about disclosures, as I said.
The process of uplisting, is something else, and I don't know what all those constraints might be. They are likely to mirror the issues related to class action avoidance, but I can't say specifically as that is not my specialty and I don't want to speculate. Cahd may be using the term "Form 10 issues" as a shorthand for the various requirements that limit discussion of future events.
By the way, I was a little surprised by snow's post, indicating he sold a big chunk of SIAF after reading my earlier post. I certainly intend to wait to hear management's explanation of the "WHY" they sold the dairy business, and bought the land, before abandoning ship.
People seem ready to expect the worst these days, even when Mr. Solomon has done everything he said he was going to do, and the company has consistently come through on executing its business plan.
The company can certainly talk for hours about why they did something that has already taken place, and I would expect considerable focus on that subject tomorrow.
