I have the force to stop myself from falling into the dark side though so from now on without direct evidence I will not even insinuate that VPCO owns as a brand subsidiary Smoking Everywhere.
We know that DGTLF is suing Smoking Everywhere but DGTLF is NOT yet suing Smoking Anywhere (VPCO) however from VPCO's own warning in their filing, it could happen.
Hold on, what you are sell, sell, selling?? I suggest you BUY, BUY, BUY all three public ecigs plays, however the timing is a different story. :D
