Don’t forget about the pumpers’ favorite, BIEL. Filed to cancel common shares. Sure sounds like a white flag to me and the next stop towards bankruptcy.

I hadn’t realized that one was a p&d favorite, but it does sound like bankruptcy is inevitable—probably in time for the next table update :- )
