IMO, that's not an issue right now. I realize this was already brought up but, it was obviously disregarded. Ignored. Shoved aside. However, it needs to be addressed!!! So, I thought I would revisit the issue.

The company has been caught in a major, pulicly announced lie!!!

A certain poster mentioned this issue and I sat back to see if anything would come from it. Needless to say, it was ignored.
What bothers me more than this share reduction movement and the discrepancy between the T/A and OTCM is...

Back in April of last year(2010), IHSN PR'ed they had already acquired HM3...

Forget the share reduction. That's a load of crap if you consider IHSN said they acquired HM3 a year ago(4/7/2010) and then on 4/18/2011 they say...

Now we hear there's a share reduction. How long is this gonna take? Another friggin' year? Then we'll hear that it never really happened?

Is everyone willing to overlook the fact that IHSN said that they have already acquired HM3 and now they're saying they never have?

I hope I don't need to explain my position here but, this is complete BULL!!!!
