Fair enough, you are a good sport!! I heard that the labels want to have strong suppliers...and, MediaMax wants to strengthen the balance sheet for two reasons....to attract more institutional investors and to finance growth beyond MM5 for cd's, a war chest to fund future battles that may arise.
