They would be targeted toward making corporations more socially responsible.

that concept is so inane it's sad....

unfortunately, people listen to this nonsense spewed by the Marxists....and, you see the economic results....

"MORALITY" & "SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY" are completely inappropriate words regarding corporations....

the word is "LEGAL"...

and, if the law is moral & just, then, corporate behavior is socially responsible....

we are in chaos because that is NOT the case....
