It's perfectly clear to everyone except the "exceptions that prove the rule" that jd et al. intentionally and deliberately used falsehoods to inflate market expectations, and then sold into the resulting pps spikes.

they are an unregistered co. <with all that that entails>
the fact is mgmt was naive about the pitfalls of being a publicly traded co. <r/m'ing into a shell *loaded* is the norm>
the co. is legit and imo will survive .. tho' there are no guarantees *ever*
imo 2011 will be what 2010 should have been i can accept that .. as well as my risk
i'm within a week of completing my promise to myself of doubling my shares .. my CB at that point will be .0004 .. and ironically since i don't *EVER* get filled on bid unless a *frenzy* is on offer .. i will <most likely> be buying those shares at the ask .. they will also show on daily reg sho .. zero doubts about interpretation or analysis
i'm beyond grateful for folks taking the effort of visiting the co. in person and letting me and others know what was observed .. next update i'm aware of comes next week <visit>
i look forward to both mgmt's transparency and the new ceo's transition
but what i'm really looking forward is what the new ceo's intent is re: the co. <ETC et al>
that to me gives me the next level to analyze re: EXPO
it's no secret what i want .. we'll see whether i get it or not
Good luck Jeremiah! I think so MANY people here have pointed to such deliberate misleading by EXPO that they have a "catch 22". Read my last post describing a "confidence trick" description. It sure reads like EXPO. It only takes common sense to realize that their very own web site could have been used to release valued information instead of unconfirmed promotional BS! AJMHO
