Totally overpriced. Compare MNTA to Biogen. Yes, I know, MNTA is much smaller but they have a better business model with less risk.

The strange thing about the Biogen-Idec merger is that Idec was nominally the acquiring company and yet there is no trace of it left other than the Roche JV.
