Nothing. Thee is no "E" on the OTCQX, and they'd have another 30 days (if I remember the correct number -- or is it 60 days?). It will probably be filed by Friday but just sayin'... heck, on the OTCQX they don't even have to file 10Ks but JBII chooses to anyway likely because they plan on uplisting to the AMEX and/or NASDAQ.
