If you read the rationale behind it, it makes alot of sense and this could be huge for us. Stratton Holdings has some pretty diverse business projects. It looks like they are going to get funding, probably for a more focused growth of that entity, but the financier's likely don't want the risk of putting money into a diversified entity like Stratton. So they spin it off, it protects the Market Friends component from risks inherent in Stratton's other holdings. If you are a shareholder is Stratton you will be a sharholder in Market Friends.
Expect a PR soon regarding more details about this and if it's what I hope it will be, the pop could be bigger than I thought!
