Him saying he'll file suit against people on message boards should throw up the red flag. I certainly didn't think nothing of it last year but it's sad to know that he rely's on "message boards" for the success of the company.

ok..I HAVE to agree with you on this. There is NO reason whatsoever to have 'Ticker Symbol QBID" on an advertisiment in a magazine promoting a tv channel, requesting people call their carriers to subscribe, etc.. Seems odd to me.
"yep, it's sad Frank is pumping his own stock. You should not have your stock symbol on the bottom of a television network AD. Do you see anyone else doing this?"
CNN used to say "sunbsidary ot owned by our parent company AOL Time Warner" and show the stock symbol everytime they did an story related to AOL specifically or one of their higher profile properties such as Moviefone or WB.
I dont watch CNN anymore but I do know for sure it used to be done regularly to point of nauseum for me.
