how do u think any new company is going to deal with outstanding debts and obligations.....just pay it off,

even if they dispute some of it they are going to have to pay something or risk all assets including bank accounts and cash therein,

if centalfix planned on paying it off they havent offered me any cash yet and i have been dealing w. them
