Joe not by me discovery will take care of what evidence there is on both sides. That is why we have discovery. I do have to say I thought I had seen it on all message bds over the years. yet you trying to convince us more dilution twice as much as before is best plan is really ridiculous. Especially after what the first 1.5 billion issued did to shareholders. What sick person thinks now issuing 3.5 billion more and then r/s is in the best interest of shareholders? What sick person would.

The clamour stems from the fact that you are posting in a public forum looking for some sort of support. The logical thing for us to do since you were invloved in this debacle suggest that you would be open to scrutiny. I personally believe you are doing this as a form of entertainment. And I think it's perverse.

Because YOU have been willing to provide everything that has come out EXCEPT this most recent document. That tells ME alot. You provided copies of your notes, copies of email to Mineseeker, copies of the preferred A Certs, and the list goes on. Except now it stops. Hmmmmm......
