Well I certainly would not invest on the word of anyone without doing as much DD as possible. At this point I will let the judge settle the questions at hand. I thought personally that I had done the research needed to pull the trigger over a year ago. I was lied to over and over by none other then Dean the CEO so really, Mr. DiGenova may have the best intentions in the world but if a judge rules against him I fear this ALL will be lost.
