Both QTN & TMM(QBID) are seperate corporate entities. TMM is QTN's holding company. QTN is a wholly owned private holding of TMM's (QBID). To act as a DBA the name must be fictional. QTN is a corporate entity that cannot commingle funds with TMM (tax evasion & money laundering). QBID/TMM was served as an alias defendant DBA QTN because it is a FRONT COMPANY profiting from using Oxygen's trademarked name. Understand now?
