Gattes I agree with that. No reason not to find out more info. yet still not going to change the fact Joe wants to do worse dilution then Dean does. Like I said he already has the worse case plan. Jeff merger plan even if worse case makes it same as Joe plan. Shareholders end up with nothing. So sure learn more but still doesn't change the choices we have.
More dilution or merger. That is it vote of one. More info just will not change that decision for me. I vote merger. Already saw what dilution plan does with Dean.
Lets see think about this. Since Sept 20 when low was .0012 we just saw new low .0011. So stock when dilution stopped held even.
Now lets compare that to what happens all the months Dean was diluting. Did price ever stay even for over 6 months? No.
