For that link you type in the company name, when the screen comes up it will show all the company's that have mentioned your stock. You just click on whichever one you want, when the screen comes up hit Control F, then type in your company stock name and it will take you right to it.

For tracking institutional buying there's MFFAIS, Insider Cow and tickerspy.com

None of those are up to date current, but they are helfpul. You can subscribe and get more current information, but the free versions are still helpful.
