In order to attain QB or QX status, a company needs to be fully SEC reporting. I just went those this with another stock. They already had Audited financials when they filed the form 10 to become fully reporting and it took almost a year because the SEC reviews everything and then sends comments back to the company so they can answer and make changes.
During the time it took this company to finally achieve SEC reporting status, many sharesholders moaned and graoned blaming to company for being inefficent. This is the reason I'm posting regarding trading on the QB, QX or above. It will take time due to Government red tape.
