low, hahaha! I hear you! I think I'm migrating towards, when opting to purely trade chart patterns, I'll just go to finviz and check the "% float short", "% institution owned" and "earnings date".
I don't think I'd opt out of a trade based on % institution owned, but I might opt out if the % float short is too high or if the earnings date is occurring during that week so I don't get whiplashed by an earnings disappointment.
How's that, sound like a reasonable quick check of very basic info when trading TA & charts?
