I bought on friday at .002 and sold today at .0018. If the AS were also being reduced 50-1 then I would have stayed in. It looks like the company will issue shares to pay down debt IMHO. Every rs I've ever seen of a otc or pink sheet stock has resulted in at least an 75% haircut for shareholders. And just remember one more thing, if positive news(ie a multi million$ licensing fee) is imminent, then there is no reason to do a reverse split. The pps will rise and it will be much easier to service their debt.
