Yes you read me correctly. Alpha & the fool. I was thinking Barons and the Wallstreet Journal. LOL Like the OTC vs big boards. But basically that info is all opinion based on who knows what motivations. Info could be good, maybe not.
It's just I'm a do it yourselfer. I trust no one, when it comes to my money! I love Creamer, but wouldn't buy one stock because he hyped it. Event he has his favorite CEO's come on pumping companies and a wall of shame for other CEOs.
Facts, not other peoples opinions are what I want to base my decisions on. I post about my opinions and favorite stocks also, but I post chart evaluations, give reasons, and links to research on your own. I expect one to research. They just put the info out there and infer believe me.
Opinions have made some nice profits. Just not my comfort zone.
Time spent reading filings & understanding financials, won't be wasted, any more then a college education. The knowledge gained helps round you out, more then create an expert, that experience will.
