One problem with Gammagard for AD from a business standpoint: if it works, all other IVIG products will also work.

I am not endorsing PRAN's approach. However, I do agree with your assessment about thought leader community to a degree. For disease like Alzheimers that was not fully understood, thought leader community had the tendency to fall behind one or two approaches too early, often proven incorrect later on.
