The SEC sent a notice to QASP prior to Jeff taking over informing of their intent to investigate stopping in place the share selling. Coupled with a maxed out O/S and A/S, Jeff had his hands tied. He has steadily been arranging for the QASP scam to coninue under the guise of a R/M. Yes, Jeff wants the scam to live on, make no bones about it. Take it to the bank.
