Well, like I was trying to explain, maybe these crazy public offerings signal a time to buy(today?). And if you could predict them with any success, then sell just prior to the offering news. I'll bet one could make better money that way in a year, than the whopper dividend is providing. Of course it would have more risk involved, and there would have to be "knowing" one of the offerings was "due".
