I hope you understand now Ernie, the deal wasn't paid for and closed at those times, but it's very likely that it just occured.

Nov 24th is the lastest date of even a pinksheets filing, that is the one I have to base my opinion on as to whether it was in fact "aquired" as of that date as put right there in print in the attorney's letter to pinksheets vouching for the information.

That is what I have until the company files SEC documents(which I'm not sure we will see since the ticker has been deregistered since 2007). Unfortunately they have not gotten back to being a reporting company. Pinksheets is a listing service not the SEC so the information isn't exactly the same as real bonafide SEC filings.

If we ever get reregistered then we have a real positive company, until then I have to treat it as just another pinky.
