This is nothing but a scam shell company that figures out how to print more shares, like through bogus "acquisitions" and "reverse mergers" and then the insiders dump huge volumes of free shares into the market so the price never goes anywhere and they make free money. Occaisionally they will have paid promotions and fluff PR's with the correct keywords to bump the price up for a short period of time. Do some DD. No production, no revenue, no assets and now a new program of contacting retail buyers to beg for money. This company is financially toxic.
