10 Bagger- Don't know how you found SPIN, but if there is a stock out there today, that can live up to your name and more, you may have found it here.

I was discussing the Thursday CC with the CEO. I think you want to get as many people you can on that call, or at least view the video replay after the call.

The problem with the price vs. it's growth, IMO, is confusion as to what the company really does. From prior public documents and website, of which I have pretty much read all, there is no way a casual observer would have a clue just what this company does other then maybe stick needles in people with back pain. This could not be more wrong. IMO, After this CC all that will change.

This is their first ever CC and is really going to be "high tech". In addition to using the phone call in feature, there will be a real time live interactive webcast with power point presentation. There was an error in the PR on the instructions on how to use the interactive feature that will be corrected with a PR either Wednesday or Thursday.

The call in number and activation code on the Friday PR will allow full audio of the CC to include Q&A for those who only want to use the phone, but the PR wrongly said that you can only ask questions using the phone in feature alone. Actually, you cannot ask questions using the phone unless you are also logged in online.

The online feature, not only will allow an attendee to use a phone, but it will also give an option to allow anyone with a headset VOIP to also fully participate.

If the attendee comes up with a question during the formal presentation, he can type it in a "chat box" at any time, it will be sent to the Company and it will be cued up in order received for when the Q & A starts. If the attendee doesn't want to type in his question but wants to ask a question over the phone, he just has to put in the chat box that he has a question and when it is his turn, his or her first name will be called and his/her mute will be released, He can then ask the question on his phone or voip.

I believe that once an investor realizes what a unique and intriguing niche this Company is in, he will know how the Company is growing so quickly, why Dr. Donovan has bought so many shares and understand what SPIN really does. Envisioning a quarter or better a share this year, and double or better again next year should then be clear.

Bought in today under .70

I like the CEO's purchases, I like the expansion of the practice and the BOD, and I like the biz model, even if it's a bit confusing, LOL

My only concern is with collecting the money owed- my understanding is that the company recognizes rev and earnings for bills awaiting collection. This is a business model that brings back some memories of the dot.com boom in the late 90's......mostly very unpleasant memories.

I'll be asking the CEO for clarification during the CC. He seems like a seasoned pro- deliberate, if not slow moving, with a fair bit of skin in the game.

SPIN.. $0.78.. Seems like we never hit $0.05 but since I was always considered a BEAR this was one of my first posts before the board had more than 1 post a day and I was all but alone with the idea.. It appears we are back again to where it all started.. Is SPIN a buy here or has all the the reasons to own just dissapeared with the lack of any believable Guidance.... hank

SPIN.. $0.6888.. Table Pounder ????

Not quite yet as I am waiting to see what kind of earnings we will have from the West Coast Florida Unit.. The earnings per share should ramp up and even exceed the previous posters view but with so little to go on and how easy to make the wrong call I will not call this a table pounder yet.. I have been Accumulating in the $0.50"s for months now and as you can see by the charts it has it's periodic blips to the $0.80's usually followed by a release that the President has bought more.. As I have always taken advantage of these blips I can not at this time call SPIN a table pounder.. But below $0.60 I do not and will not hesitate to continue to add.. If EPS hits $0.05 per Qtr. I think we have a $4.00 stock.. hank
