tire pressure monitoring is MORE imporant on a motorcycle than anything else. Even two lbs off one way or another can have serious impact on the bikes handling and tire wear.

yes..as of now, the 'receiver' unit is a stand alone box that needs to be 'mounted' somewhere. Some bikes have better places for it than others. Many riders have an auxillary 'shelf' or 'mounting' system for their GPS and other assorted goodies.

On large bikes, many people have no qualms at all about cutting into the plastic bits to mount things :)

yes..Ideally, especially in the bike arena, SMTR should be working closely with OEM's to integrate their system into onboard dash units (especially bikes like Goldwings, etc). I think that's the obvious developmental direction for the company...away from stand alone units and more integrated into OEM systems.

My Mini Cooper had a system like this, and it worked perfectly. (not SMTR's system tho).
