Most OTC's are working on stockholder IPO money
and management finds ways to spend it, in many
cases wastefully

By contrast Bart exercised a lot of options at
$2.12 when the market was around .50 and that
takes both courage and belief in the company

And CBQ did not have an IPO and is working entirely
on management money and internal cash flow.

All the buys and sells are between holders and none
went into the company bank
