Patent sure but class actions go on for years in court. I rather get merger done and have Owens file lawsuits. Not even sure any lawfirm take it on contingency since no money to collect from QASP. Then it means going after Dean etc. Like I said suit go on for years. Never saw any class action be final sooner.
