I just listened to the ARRY presentation and there wasn't really anything new except for the very end during Q&A. It was Kevin Koch that was responding to a question and, although very difficult to hear, he indicated something along the lines of the ARRY MEK inhibitors (not sure if referring to one specifically or generally to both) having a half-life of only 7 hours and how they expect that to be a significant advantage over a lot of other MEK inhibitors that apparently have a half-life of 40-50 hours. So, dosing may be able to be controlled better with the ARRY MEKs compared to at least some of the competition.
