Newby was all part of the plan. Newby didn't rip off Dean and shareholders, Dean and Newby collaborated to rip off shareholders.

Yogo Owens said on a cc after the merger he would go after people like Newby. The reality is lawsuits our a long process and even if you win then collection can be tough to. If Dean blew all the money and doesn't have millions somewhere then he is one dumb crook. To have committed fraud and nothing hidden would be nuts.

You know if we got Monies from these Crooks it could mean a Dividend to us Legal QASP Shareholders. I may be thinking out of the Box but it could even be in the form of a CASH DIVIDEND.

I think that Shannon Newby should be in the upcoming litigation. What happened to all that was given to him?
