A/S count IS in the iBox, and the proposed reduced A/S count is in the last Florida filing.

2010 FY financials aren't even out yet, I guess that does render them unaudited.

Here's that Florida filing I was talking about with A/S reduction and the attempted R/S. Previous management filed it, and the new guys do not seem to be sharing the same intentions. Apparently, they have a different sort of a "preliminary plan" to increase the shareholder value. Waiting for more developments...

73M float hasn't changed since mid 2008, after a large acquisition. It will most likely increase by 2M in this filing due to the lawsuit settlement, small cash amount will be paid out as well (btw, scam companies do not successfully settle the lawsuits).

But in terms of new acquisitions, they have $25,000,000 in the bank, and another $65,000,000 in accounts receivable. This would be enough to finance several acquisitions in a row in China. And Jennifer did mention some potential developments in this area.
