steve, never stop asking questions and you raise some good ones. Don't apologize, there are some very good people here who want to help but be careful. I honestly believe that Mr. Lieberman's shares become unrestricted in late April but I also believe his reputation is important to him and he will suffer greatly in his other companies if this one turns out to be a scam.
My bet and it is a guess is that his background has created opportunities to develop relationships in Chile and other countries that have led to the deals he is working on. Relationships are key in foreign countries a lot more than the legal problems that can occur here.
I do believe he has no intention of mining Lithium but if he gets the concession he really has something to sell and will do that. A buyout would be incredible for the shareholders and if that is the case it would indeed not "be in management's interest" to sell those unrestricted shares when the restrictions expire.
Keep vigilant and be selective in who you believe. Kgem and jack are great along with a few others.
