mike010173,

You are one of only a very few that does actually attempt to discuss the real issues with Medify. However, your timing is suspect at best because of your recently announced sell. So you must understand when people question your motives based on your posts predicting a further price drop.

Regarding Medify's business plan, you are correct on some points. Due to the shear size of the NHS, individual Trusts presently have the right, not the obligation, to review the MedifyRemote product and utilize it if they are satisfied. However, it appears that the Medify product will be the standard as they have the only secure remote solution available currently. Also, based on what I know, there WILL be a 10% penetration within the first year of operation. Further, now with the educational platform, the price will now double on many subscriptions because the MedifyRemote product will be used for both education $28.50 per user) and patient data access ($36. per user) resulting in more revenues from a single user. There are also more partnerships and acquisitions in the works which will all add revenue to the bottom line.

Although I can't give more details, rest assured that the company is very active presently and many things are in place that are yet to be announced. Once again, give it time. And Mike, I do appreciate your understanding of the long term for Medify as they will, without a doubt, be successful in areas that you haven't even dreamed of.

cheers

mike010173, full disclosure please....

You have posted stating you are interested in debating and sharing information. I want everyone, including myself, to have the proper perspective when evaluating the content of your post.

On raging bull, you led everyone to believe you may be holding a substantially large number of shares in MFYS based on the post you made about how much money you have made or lost in the stock market in a week's time, saying it was more than most earn in a lifetime, and about how you would not sell one single share because you would not want to miss out on the spike. We debated that point on RB.

I take your post in I-Hub as bashing the company and the stock, and in order to be fair to those interpreting your post I think it is very telling for us all to know what approximate share amount are you talking about when you give your "basis for selling a large part of (your) investment"?

It woud be extremely significant to us all if we knew now if you are currently holding less than 5000 shares or if you are holding over 100,000.

Your intellectual honesty will be appreciated. In all fairness to the board, I am holding a significant multiple of 100,000 shares of Medify at this time.
