It is known that GTCB developed founder goats for Tysabri. It is also known that GTCB is working with ELN on a second antibody, presumably AAB-001.

Yes, Elan + GTCB have had a collaboration going back several years. However, this may have been just a back-up plan, because the Elan-BIB partnership was building 2 extra plants to make it, including one in Denmark. Projections were that these plants could have made upwards of $10bn Tysabri per year.
