You are right in the instance that we can't prove what Worldwide Wipes manufactures yet. The fact of the matter is that HNSS acquired a specialty medical manufacturer in October 2010. This medical manufacturer was likely merged with Worldwide Wipes and now they are a single subsidiary under HNSS. I don't see any reason to put medical and machine manufacturer under your subsidiaries name unless your subsidiary is doing that.
10/12/2010 Healthnostics, Inc., (PINKSHEETS: HNSS), a medical manufacturing and biotechnology analytics company, has purchased a major manufacturer of specialty medical products. There will be an immediate positive impact on revenue and earnings commencing in the 1st Quarter of 2011. Details will be forthcoming in subsequent press releases. "This accretive purchase directly ties into the Company's recent acquisition of World Wide Wipes Co., and it will result in even more substantial impact on our profitability and earnings per share," said Alan Grofe, president.
The distribution network is very very beneficial. You are likely correct that HNSS is using already established networks to provide prompt free shipping.
