X_DEV 3.0 is finished, just the New Users Manual isn't finished. 1 more chapter! But for new purchasers, I am sending out the finished X_DEV 3.0. When the new Users Manual is finished, I will be releasing the updated finished X_DEV 3.0 to all registered users.
