The CA blog is clear:

To Be Eligible For The Birch Mountain Resources Class Action:

One needs to have been a shareholder from April 8, 2005 and November 5, 2008.

Ralph--I'm playing this two ways: if the CA is ultimately allowed to go forward then we will most likely see a run up in shares here and if we do I will flip some; also, there is a chance that the court will come to the conclusion that this case justifies undoing the entire sequence of events that led up to this theft, and then the company would most likely come back to the shareholders in BHMNF. The second course is obviously a long shot but I don't think it is out of the question.:) GLTY
