CCCL, but then I guess you don't buy this stock since they also have net income earn out incentives for the next few years. Or do you differentiate between earn outs and make goods?

True, that's one of the reasons I look for a credible board and/or a strong sponsor to provide some checks and balances. Also, another factor, to consider for entry point is if there is an overhang of cheap shares coming out of a lock up. That's one of the reasons, I have stayed away from TPI despite glowing reviews of the CEO and their new facility coming on line this year. They have a massive number of freely tradable shares that were acquired at $1.6 depressing the stock.
