The reason company goes public is to raise fund by selling shares. Nothing wrong with it. PRMO acquired mining right but lack of $ to run the business. Thus they sell shares and use the money to bring it to production stage.

If you want to call it dilution, that is your choice.

Big, I have learned that folks just have to learn the PRMO lessons for themselves. I did.

when I can buy PRMO at 1 AND have the bid move off of 1 when the pps sits at or passes 2, then I will buy into PRMO again.

in 5 months I have not seen one trading day where the bid closed above 1.
