The volume wasn't high enough over the past week or so to allow for the additional O/S to be sold. Who received those shares and are we seeing them hit now?
No Form 4 has been filed for insider share disbursement to my knowledge so I am left to guess what insiders own. I have requested the float but the TA will not give it to me.
Will insider share count be part of the financial? That would be nice to know moving forward. Also, are there any preferred shares issued, who owns them, what is the conversion ratio.
Like I said before, when the shares stop hitting, we move up. Until them, the trading range seems to be .0025-.0035.
All in my opinion.
Any longs with answers, chime in if you would like. The board could use some real due diligence void of fluff and speculation.
